“I have only been going to this Madrassa for a few months now. I really do enjoy going , my teacher  is very good. She understands a lot of students and knows how to deal with most situations. Since I have come to this mosque, I have improved in my Qur’an recitation and have also improved my manners. My teacher motivates me on other aspects of Islamic studies and pushes me to do better . I also attend the Islamic studies classes online and I find them very helpful. I learn a lot and the teachers are really good at helping students understand Islamic etiquettes.”

I have joined Quran tasfeer a year ago and I feel I’m gaining knowledge about Holy Quran every week mashallah. I think it is very important to ourselves and get the right understanding when reading Quran so I really recommend Quran tafseer class to anyone who wants to learn and improve their knowledge.

It is indescribable joy in my life since I have started Quran tafseer with our Shaykha.It is helping me to reflect myself in every matter of my life. It is obligatory on all of us to know what Allah SWT has commanded and is only possible to understand what the Quran says. Alhamdulillah, I feel blessed since ,I joined Jamia Almaarif.

I took part in Quran tafseer and the teaching was excellent. The teaching method enabled me to learn more efficiently and achieve my target. The Tazkiah class was an opportunity for us to stop and think and reflect upon ourselves. I enjoyed the sessions I attended.

I’ve really enjoyed it so far, the explanation of the Quran is to the right level. I like the audio being played with it. For improvement I’d like to have the translation pages sent to me so I can print them out and annotate the document, at the moment it’s hard to copy both the explanation and the notes at the same time

Alhamdulillah I have been attending tazkiya class regularly since it has started online. I feel so blessed to have Shaykha as my spiritual teacher/guide. I have learnt a lot and have thirst to learn a lot more as it’s a beautiful and endless journey in the search of our Lord and His infinite love. Words can’t explain and do justice when I think about the state of my heart now and before practicing dhikr khafi. It has changed my internal dimensions, I can see how lost I was in this dunya. Dhikr of Allah swt is so beautiful and powerful it has taught me to change my intentions and do everything sincerely for the sake of Allah swt. The hour for the Quran Tafseer goes so quick. Shaykha does an amazing job. Love the way it is presented in a story like manner which makes it easier to sink in. Alongside the background history it is a winning combination. Alhamdulillah

Qur’an tafseer classes are so beautiful and I look forward to them every Wednesday. Our Sheikha explains everything in such a simple but subtle way. It’s suitable for young as well as older ladies too. JazakAllah khair for giving this valuable time to us and teaching us the words of Allah swt.

Quran Tasfeer is amazing where our spiritual teacher goes into depth in explaining the beautiful words of Allah SWT and links the Hadith references of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) too.

I attended the Quran Tafseer class. I liked that you went over it slowly, so we could understand what was happening. It was very informative and well presented.

I am so lucky and blessed to have Quran and Tazkiah classes. I am exploring new world of knowledge in each class and correcting my Mistakes. Lots of Duas for Shaykha and Sisters who are helping in this. I can’t explain my feelings, only my heart and Allah(swt)knows the  best.

During these difficult times that we are facing. Alhamdulillah, we have the opportunity to attend online classes with our beloved Shakykha. I attend the Tafseer class on Wednesdays to learn the explanation of the Quran in English. I also be looking forward to attending the tazkiah classes on Friday and Sunday

I found tazkiya sessions invaluable specially for person like me who struggles to leave the house due to various reasons. This session gives liberates my level of iman and gives me hope & energy. Never did I think virtual learning would benefit me so much . My Sheikha is so patient and has such a warm personality she makes every lesson so enjoyable and Sheikha’s teaching style is great . I attended on Sunday and Suneela and Saima were talking about how society can mis lead us such as social media and commit wrong things. But then when we are committing these sins we are no longer in faith at that point, and if our faith was strong and our fear of Allah swt we wouldn’t go down that path, or when we do something wrong it would affect us, and we would think twice. Like they mentioned a story of someone pious of hazrat umar RA era, who got lured in by a women but because he had fear he passed out and Allah swt granted him both Jannah’s.

When we are in the Tazkia sitting, it’s like a short break from our busy worldly life in which our heart is purified and we attain the closeness of Allah – it is the cure to spiritual maladies and illness. In the same way we see a Doctor when we are unwell, we see our spiritual guide when our inner self is diseased. I would highly recommend attending the spiritual gatherings offered by Jamia Al Maarif.

‘I have attended “The Quran and Science “ session Masha Allah. It was amazing to know how beautifully Allah Almighty has described the scientific Miracles in the Holy Quran.

The teacher explained it in a lot of detail by giving us examples of Quranic verses. Jazzak Allah khair’

‘I really enjoyed The Hayd workshop with Shaykha. It’s very important to know what you can and can’t do during the time of menstruation. Also some good tips on how to use that time productively by making it a time to learn Dua’s for example. Very interesting topic’
